For builders & contractors

Damaged glass fixed before the walkthrough, not reordered.

Welding spatter, scraper scratches, stucco, paint and brick wash removed from new glass on site, so the closing date holds and the windows stay in the trim.

The problem

Glass goes in early. Everything after it can damage it.

Windows are installed long before a house is done. Masonry, stucco, steel work, paint and the final clean all happen around them, and any of it can leave damage that fails a walkthrough.

Replacing a damaged unit means ordering glass, waiting on lead time and pulling a window out of finished trim. Restoring it on site takes about two days and leaves everything else untouched.

Kansas City builders work to hard deadlines: the Home Builders Association's spring 2026 Parade of Homes showed 317 homes from 96 builders (KC Chamber) and the fall Parade 283 more (KCTV5). We schedule around tours and closings.

Protect glass on site.
