Glass restoration in Mission Hills.
Hard water, scratches and etching removed from the windows, doors and shower glass of Mission Hills homes, on site, with the original glass left in its frame.
Estate homes worth keeping exactly as they are.
Mission Hills is the Kansas side of J.C. Nichols' Country Club District. The Mission Hills Home Company was founded in 1914 and the city incorporated in 1949 (Wikipedia). Nichols architect Edward W. Tanner alone designed more than 2,000 houses for Nichols developments (Pendergast KC), and estates like the 1929–31 Tudor Revival Horn–Vincent–Russell Estate are on the National Register (Wikipedia).
It has some of the highest home values in the Kansas City area: a median of about $1.24 million, with a median build year of 1953 (Census ACS 2020–24). Three country clubs sit inside city limits: Mission Hills, Kansas City and Indian Hills.
The city takes the look of its homes seriously. New homes and larger exterior projects go through an Architectural Review Board (City of Mission Hills). Restoration works with that: we clean up the glass you have, in place, so the house looks the same from the street.

Mission Hills questions
Is restoration safe on older glass?
We inspect every pane first and restore a small test spot for you to approve. If a pane isn't a good candidate, we'll tell you before any work starts.
Will restoring the glass change how the house looks?
No. The glass stays in its frame and nothing about the windows changes, which is why restoration suits homes where the original look matters.
Do I need Architectural Review Board approval?
The city's review covers new homes and larger exterior projects. We don't change any windows, but if you're unsure, check with the city before we start.
How long does it take?
Most homes take about two days on site. Mission Hills is about 20 to 25 minutes from our base.
