Loch Lloyd

A gated lake and golf community that's still building.

Loch Lloyd sits in northwestern Cass County on the Kansas line, built around a 110-acre lake on Mill Creek, and incorporated as a village in 2003 (Wikipedia). Its original golf course opened in 1991, and a Tom Watson Signature course opened in 2012 (Wikipedia). The median home is worth about $1.06 million, and the median build year is 2005 (Census ACS 2020–24), the newest housing of anywhere we work.

It's still growing, including into Kansas: Stonehaven added 29 homesites in Johnson County with a new west gate at 167th Street and Kenneth Road (Kansas City Star). New homes mean new glass, and the trades that work around it.

Water reaches Loch Lloyd from Kansas City and Belton connections through the Northwest Cass County Water Resource District, with WaterOne serving the Kansas-side homes (Village of Loch Lloyd).

Yes. We remove welding spatter, scraper scratches and stucco from new glass before the walkthrough.
